Before ordering, please be aware that the DVDs I sell are not commercially-produced pre-records. They are not currently available on commercial DVD and are believed to be in public domain.
Picture quality is considered fair-to-great, unless otherwise noted. Just keep in mind that these may show some signs of deterioration, so please do not expect PERFECT quality.
All shows are in English and do NOT include subtitles.
DVDs are recorded in DVD-R format, which is compatible with most new DVD Players. Please check your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer to make certain these discs will work with your system before buying. If your DVD player won't play them, your computer and/or xbox will.
All DVDs will come to you in DVD sleeves in an envelope with bubblewrap. No cover art/box/case is implied nor offered. They are clearly labeled so that you know what each one contains and there is a menu on every disc. I usually ship within 5-7 business days of you placing your order.
There is a section of the American copyright law known as "The Berne Act" that Clearly states: films unreleased in the United States,
including original versions of films altered and/or edited for release in the United
States, are NOT protected by American copyright; thus, they are considered public domain. The entire purpose of this website is to provide old TV shows on DVD which are otherwise unavailable to the serious collector.
1. Video Home Recording Act P.L 102 - 563, 106 Stat 4237 Codified at 17 U.S.C. 1001 - 1010 in October 1992. This states that no action may be brought under this title alleging infringement of copyright based on manufacture, importation, or distribution of a digital or analog recording medium or based on the noncommercial use of such device or medium, no rights are intended, expressed, or implied.

3. It is only illegal when mass producing 'sales' (thousands) not counting trade or credit. I don't even have the ability to mass produce. I simply offer people something they cannot get commercially.

The DVDs that are listed here have been thoroughly researched and found to be in the Public Domain. I do not sell factory "pre-records." These DVDs are from my personal collection and have never been purchased from a commercial source. My master prints originate from sources outside the U.S. or collections built over the years through trades and purchases from other Classic TV/Movie fans' private collections. It is my understanding that all material offered for sale here is in the Public Domain. If an exact match to this title becomes available domestically I will immediately refrain from offering it. If you own the rights to this set or find that this has been released in its entirety on retail dvd (i.e. Complete series in one box set), please email a cease and desist notification--with credentials, of course--along with the information necessary to contact you.
All DVD-Rs are recorded on new brand name DVD-R media region free NTSC.
Because of ease of copying this media, I cannot offer refunds only replacements for defective discs or exchanges (The exchange policy applies to Rags to Riches only).
Please remember many countries have strict laws regarding the import of adult, horror, and exploitation videos. I will ship what you order but I will not be held responsible if your customs department confiscates these. Please know customs policies before ordering, I do not offer refunds for confiscated materials that you don’t receive because you did not check into your customs laws. I do not carry banned material.
